The Gensol System offers a versatile range of control panel options including manual start, automatic start, remote start, automatic mains failure and manual / automatic synchronising and load sharing. These are available to cover the complete power range. The control panels may be set-mounted or floor-standing dependant upon the final specification requirements.
This panel may be key start / switch start / membrane switch start & includes:
- Metering for current
- Metering for voltage
- Metering for frequency / engine RPM
- Hours run counter
- Metering for battery volts
- Engine protection for low oil pressure, high water temperature & over-speed
- Engine water temperature gauge
- Engine oil temperature gauge
- Engine oil pressure gauge
- Emergency stop button
- Alarm buzzer
- Voltage fine control adjustment
- LED Status indications
The panels also incorporate a PLC Controller with control protection and shutdown circuits for:
- Engine low oil pressure
- Engine high water temperature
- Engine over-speed
- Engine over cranking on start-up
- Battery fault
